祁先飞,男,汉族,1989年出生,河南省宁陵县人,中共党员,讲师。2018年06月毕业于河北师范大学应用数学专业,获理学博士学位。 共发表12篇SCI论文(其中,第一作者共9篇)。主持并完成河南省自然科学基金项目一项,河南省高等学校重点科研项目一项,国家自然科学基金理论物理专款项目一项。现正主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目一项。
