祁先飞，男，汉族，1989年出生，河南省宁陵县人，中共党员，讲师。2018年06月毕业于河北师范大学应用数学专业，获理学博士学位。 共发表12篇SCI论文（其中，第一作者共9篇）。主持并完成河南省自然科学基金项目一项，河南省高等学校重点科研项目一项，国家自然科学基金理论物理专款项目一项。现正主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目一项。
